Amy Clemens is a California native with a background in… real estate, real estate and real estate. It’s unusual to find a Realtor who doesn’t have prior careers listed on their resume.
Amy approached real estate as her first career and never looked back. She offers over 15 years of passion for the business and experience in the nuances of real estate transactions. Committed to making dream homes both large and small a reality, she was a development officer for the largest Habitat for Humanity in the Western US during her only hiatus from the industry. Extensive experience helps her identify potential problems early and take action to eliminate them, often before her clients even know they’ve arisen!
Amy advises all of her clients as though her own savings and future investment were on the line; an easy task since she has personally bought and sold several homes and investment property over the years. A master negotiator, Amy’s clients often complement her on her “bulldog” negotiating skills, and her ability to get the best price possible for her clients whether they are buying or selling.

About Alec Mironov
Alec Mironov is a San Francisco native who started working in city Real Estate after graduating from high school. While obtaining his Business degree at CSU Chico, Alec interned at First Home Inc., a San Francisco firm which specialized in helping first time home buyers successfully navigate the purchase process. During his time at First Home, Alec realized that working directly with buyers was a very enjoyable experience and that his knowledge of the San Francisco Real Estate marketplace was far more extensive than other’s.
After graduating from business school, Alec went to work for Hub Strategy, a small advertising agency in San Francisco where he gained extensive marketing experience that he applies directly to development of his team’s home listing strategies. His marketing experience at Hub included brand development, strategic planning, online media and digital advertising production for well-known brands like Google, Microsoft, Nike, Levi’s / Dockers and Slingbox.
Alec has an acute sense of the market dynamics at play in the San Francisco market and continually communicates these dynamics to clients to help guide them to a sale that financially sound. Protecting their clients’ interests is of paramount importance to Alec and Amy and their clients have overwhelmingly told them how grateful they have been for Alec and Amy’s guidance and advice.
