Virginia began her love of real estate in Manhattan, when she purchased a stunning historic home in an 1880’s brick row house in Gramercy Park and became the co-op President. In addition she has renovated and sold over seven homes in five states - California, Connecticut, New York, Ohio, and Florida. The architectural style of homes she has dealt with both personally and professionally include brownstones, Victorians, Edwardians, mid-century moderns, lofts, ranch style homes, and "Sear's" Arts and Crafts bungalows. She has experience in all types of home ownership including condos, co-op's, TIC's, and SFH's. She also understands the difficulties of relocation and being a first-time home buyer. No challenge is too big or small, that she won't want to spend time helping you to find the right home for you.

Prior to her career in real estate she spent 12 years in financial planning – with retailers such as Brooks Brothers, Victoria’s Secret, and Williams-Sonoma. Her previous fast-paced career honed her sense of humor, attention to detail and collaborative skills.
