Congratulations to Tiffany Pavon. Tiffany celebrated 1 Year at Zephyr Real Estate last month and is based at our West Portal Office. Get to know her better as we go behind the scenes to learn more about her favorite spots and life as a Realtor.

1. At what moment did you know that this was the career for you?

Since I was young I have always been fascinated with homes and the unique style each person brings to them. On the weekends I was sure to find at least one open house I just had to see, and I soon realized I had a passion for real estate and couldn’t wait to help clients find their dream home. Now I get to do what I love everyday!

2. Favorite thing to do with your Family in SF?

Eat and explore! We love to go to new restaurants all over SF and try new things! I actually have a list of new restaurants to try and it gets longer everyday. Hiking is also a favorite of ours, SF has some breathtaking views and hiking to the top of the peaks to see them is such a great way to spend the afternoon.

3. Favorite Coffee Shop/Barista in SF?

Andytown (Outer Sunset) has this amazing creation called the Snowy Plover: espresso, sparkling water and homemade whip cream over ice. If you haven’t tried it you’re missing out. Also! They’re all amazing people who never miss a chance to give back to the community!

4. If you weren’t in Real Estate, what would you be?

A Travel Agent- Who doesn’t love to travel? When I booked one of my first trips to Hawaii I realized how much work it was to find the right hotels, flights, etc.  After weeks of trying I finally contacted a travel agent and next thing I knew she found exactly what I was looking for. Dream vacations, dream homes – I like to make those dreams come true.

5. Best Advice for Home Buyers and Sellers this year?

San Francisco is a unique and fast paced market. We keep hearing all this bubble talk, but what we are seeing is continued growth in San Francisco. We are still seeing multiple offers, overbidding, and plenty of activity! Don’t give up on the buying or selling process and contact me when you need more advice!
