We got to know Tara a little better when catching up with her about her Zephyr anniversary.

1. What neighborhood (or city) do you live in and why? How long have you lived there and what do you love best about it?

“I live in Ashbury Heights and I have lived there for almost 15 years. I love the Charming Older Homes and the “Center of the City” feel of the neighborhood. We are near Golden Gate Park and Cole Valley and  I can get to any of my listings in less than 15 minutes from my home office.”

2. What do you love to do in your spare time?

“In my spare time (wait a sec what is spare time?) I spend as much time as I can with my family.  I have 2 kids ages 8 and 10 and I love hanging out with my husband and them. I realize everyday with them is a gift.  We love to bike ride in the park and go swimming when we can.”

3. Is there one neighborhood in SF that you think is truly a hidden gem and why?

“My favorite hidden gem neighborhood is the Sunnyside.  It’s not so hidden anymore–the average price is well over a million.  I do like the proximity to Bart and Muni and the freeways.  I wish there was more shopping on Monterey Blvd but I think that will come in time. For now, it’s a pleasant, clean, safe neighborhood with nice parks and well-kept homes.”
