Congratulations to Sabrina Gee-Shin! She is celebrating 6 years with Zephyr Real Estate this winter and is based in our Pacific Heights office.

Sabrina is a San Francisco native and second generation REALTOR®. (Thanks to her mom who taught her everything she needs to know!) She understands that a real estate transaction can be one of the most stressful events in a person’s life, complete with a long list of questions, stacks of paperwork, and complicated financial decisions. By being a guiding light, she is able to help people make smart real estate decisions that align with their values and aspirations.

Almost all of Sabrina’s business comes from introductions from current or past clients, as she has established herself as a trusted real estate advisor who is their consultant, negotiator and overseer of the numerous transactional details.

.We got to know Sabrina a little better when catching up with her about her Zephyr anniversary.

1. What neighborhood/city do you live in & why? How long have you lived there and what do you love best about it?

“When I was pregnant with my first son 20 years ago, I moved to the Outer Richmond District, right around the block from the recently renovated Balboa Theater.  Over the past two years, Balboa Street underwent a major makeover and has become a vibrant micro-hood with an amazing array of restaurants, cafes and shops.  It has the three ‘B’s:  Boba, burritos and baguettes! What else can you possibly need?”

2. What do you love to do in your spare time? Do you have a favorite place to hang?

In my spare time I take Traditional Chinese Medicine cooking classes. My kitchen is a laboratory where I’m learning to put the wisdom of an old Chinese grandma into every dumpling, bowl of soup, or dessert I make. Healthy eating CAN be delicious!”

3. Do you have a favorite architectural style or building in SF? In the world?

“I love Tudor and both Spanish Mediterranean homes. I love the archways, thick wooden doors, and fine craftsmanship. Give me a Maybeck any day!”
