Congratulations to Lynnette Giusti! She is celebrating her 2-year anniversary with Zephyr Real Estate this September and is based at our Noe Valley office.

When Lynnette joined Zephyr Real Estate in 2014, she brought with her a set of fine-tuned skills, a wealth of resources and a trusted network of financial, legal and logistical experts. Her experience included being part-owner of a local real estate company from 1988 to 1994 during which time she earned her Broker’s license and was awarded several Top Producer awards and many other accolades. As a lifelong resident of the Bay Area, she possesses an edge that draws clients to her, representing both buyers and sellers in Half Moon Bay, throughout the Peninsula and in the heart of San Francisco. By joining forces with Zephyr Real Estate and utilizing their dedication to technology and marketing, she has positioned herself to make the next stage of her already notable career the best one yet, confirming her deep-rooted belief that the best way to do business is to surround yourself with the best in the business.

When catching up with Lynnette about her Zephyr anniversary, she shared some behind the scenes information to get to know her better.

1. What neighborhood do you live in and why? How long have you lived there and what do you love best about it?

“I live in San Francisco in the Sunset District. I purchased my home two years ago for the spectacular yard. I love entertaining! The outdoor kitchen & private lush yard sold me!”

2. What do you love to do in your spare time? Do you have a favorite place to hang out?

“I love spending my spare time with my adorable grandchildren as often as I can. And one of my favorite places to go out is North Beach… I am 100% Italian after all!”

3. What neighborhood do you get most energized about when it comes to selling?

“I started selling Real Estate in Half Moon Bay then moved to San Francisco 12 years ago and began selling here as well. I continue to sell on the Coastside, but I enjoy San Francisco for its diversity and the many different architectural styles and I love selling throughout the city.”
