1. What city/neighborhood do you live in & why? How long have you lived there and what do you love best about it?
“I live in the Marina. I’ve been here 7 years and don’t plan on leaving! I love the close proximity to Marina Green, Fort Mason and Moscone green space. I have a dog and we walk along the Marina Green, I get to take in the beauty of the Golden Gate every morning. In addition to the natural beauty, I do appreciate being close to Chestnut and Union Streets. There are so many restaurants, boutique shopping and cafes. I could dine out for a year and never run out of options.”

2. What do you love to do in your spare time? Do you have a favorite place to hang out in the Bay Area?
“When I have free time, I like to hike in the Presidio, it’s so peaceful and quiet and I enjoy the smell of the Eucalyptus trees. If I had to pick a favorite place, I enjoy the Food Trucks either Friday night at Fort Mason or the Picnic in the Presidio on Sundays. I enjoy the food and like how the creative chefs have forged a new way of dining.”

3. Is there one neighborhood in the Bay Area that you think is truly a hidden gem and why?
“It’s not necessarily hidden but I do think the Richmond district is attractive for buyers, especially buyers with families. The area has a really nice feel with lots to do. One can explore Golden Gate Park one day and take a walk on the Beach the next. Just remember to bring a sweater, it’s San Francisco after all!”
