Congratulations to Ken Eggers! He is celebrating his 20-year anniversary with Zephyr Real Estate this April and is based in our Noe Valley office.

Ken Eggers has been a San Franciscan for over three decades, an unparalleled asset for a REALTOR® in the Bay Area. As a parent of two grown children, he is grateful that he was given the opportunity to raise his family in one of the most diverse places in the world, allowing them to grow and learn in an environment that fosters respect for the many cultures and lifestyles that make up the community.

Ken’s professional life as a REALTOR® has been as gratifying as his personal endeavors. He has been one of the highest producing agents in San Francisco for over a decade with his hand in over 1,000 successful transactions. One of the vital attributes to his success has been his unwavering commitment to developing strong relationships with local real estate agents, establishing mutual respect and fostering long-term professional connections. By working together with his peers, he has been able to leverage access to properties for his buying clients as well as exposing his listings to a wider audience.

Ken’s stunning portfolio includes a sales volume of over $260 million since 2000, a consistent marker confirming his credentials as one of San Francisco’s most productive and respected Realtors. His 17 years of experience has afforded him the time to hone invaluable skills that allow him to thrive in the Bay Area real estate market. As a creative problem-solver, active listener, and genuine relationship-builder, Ken’s professional reputation continues to propel his career forward in an ever-changing industry.

We got to know Ken a little better when catching up with him about his Zephyr anniversary.

1. What neighborhood/city do you live in & why? How long have you lived there and what do you love best about it?
“My family, my wife and two grown children now, and I have lived in the Sunset for about 15 years. We love being close to GG Park and all the established restaurants as well as the new “hip” restaurants popping up these days. The Sunset has become an amazingly vibrant area of SF over the last 10 years or so.”

2. What do you love to do in your spare time? Do you have a favorite place to hang out in the Bay Area?

“My wife and I frequently go to plays in SF as well as Berkeley and Marin. We are member of SF Jazz and see numerous shows there and also attend ballet and Opera (more so my wife for Opera) and are SF Giants fans. Eating out at as many new restaurants and many of the established ones is one of our favorite past times.”

3. Do you have a favorite architectural style or building in the Bay Area? In the world?
“I appreciate the many architectural styles we have in SF. I love the history and beauty of Victorian and Edwardian buildings but also love the use of space in more modern and open living spaces.”
