1. What city/neighborhood do you live in & why? How long have you lived there and what do you love best about it?
“I live in Mill Valley, a very special place in Marin. I have lived in Kentfield, Tiburon and Mill Valley over a period of forty years (including a 10-year residence in Truckee, CA) and my children live in Novato, so we have a good knowledge of Marin. I think the video we have for Mill Valley really shows the charm and friendliness of town and shows the “village” where people come for coffee, backgammon and fine dining.”
2. What do you love to do in your spare time? Do you have a favorite place to hang out in the Bay Area?
“I really enjoy the outdoors and love to walk my Beardie “Toby” as often as I can. We have some favorite walks including our neighborhood and Strawberry Shores where there are always doggie get-togethers. The dogs love it and we have made several friends. The view is pretty nice too as you have the Bay and San Francisco views as you go. It is very special.”
3. Do you have a favorite architectural style or building in the Bay Area? In the world?
“We have many styles of homes in Marin, depending where you go, but the beauty of the area is the views and lifestyle. There is little new construction so most people update and renovate existing properties. That adds to the fun of selling in Marin to see how buyers change the home to their personal tastes and dreams. We call it paradise.”
