Congratulations to Christopher Sharpe! He is celebrating his 12-year anniversary with Zephyr Real Estate this July and is based in our Noe Valley office.

Prior to his real estate career, Christopher Sharpe worked numerous years as an architect/designer in Europe and the US, having received his Master’s in Architecture from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, Denmark. He has been a leader in design, project management and implementation of numerous construction projects in San Francisco and across the Bay Area.

His extensive experience in the areas of architecture and design has proven a valuable asset in assisting his real estate clients. Whether buyers or sellers, he helps them visualize and recognize a property’s inherent potential, by analyzing and understanding at times very specific client criteria.

Christopher’s steadfast goal is to provide his clients with the outmost attention to detail and service, consistently exceeding expectations. As a skilled negotiator, organized problem-solver, fluent speaker of English, Danish and German, and with a creative sensibility and eye for design and spaces, he offers the complete package for Bay Area sellers and buyers.

We got to know Christopher a little better when catching up with him about his Zephyr anniversary.

1. What neighborhood/city do you live in and why and what do you love best about it?

“Glen Park, in San Francisco. I purchased my home there in 2003. Love it because it’s the perfect combination of “city & village”. It’s primarily a great residential neighborhood, but with a wide selection of restaurants and shopping options, and simultaneously has extremely easy access to downtown SF and the Peninsula.”

2. If you were not a real estate agent, what would you be doing?

“Architecture and design. I recently opened a retail store (nordenliving.com) where this interest & passion of mine can now be fulfilled.”

3. Do you have a favorite architectural style or building in the Bay Area, or in the world?

“Being that I’m an architect and having grown up in Denmark, I feel pretty strongly about this question. I’m an avid modernist/minimalist. Love modern design with beautiful clean lines.”

4. What is your favorite part of being a real estate agent?

“Purchasing or selling one’s home is a big decision! As an agent, I take tremendous pride in guiding and working by my clients’ side as I help them through this often life changing experience. It gives me a strong sense of purpose.”
