We got to know Amir a little better when catching up with him about his Zephyr anniversary.

1. What city/neighborhood do you live in and why? How long have you lived there and what do you love best about it?
“I live in Noe Valley and have lived here for the last two years. Prior to that I was living in Glen Park. Noe Valley is convenient, friendly and I live walking distance from great coffee shops, restaurants, etc. It’s a great location with a great community.”

2. In your spare time, do you have a favorite place to hang out in the Bay Area?
“I love to travel outside the U.S. I spend time on the weekends riding my motorcycle around the Bay Area. I also have a house in the Russian River and I love to go and spend time there.”

3. Is there one neighborhood, or city, in the Bay Area that you think is truly a hidden gem and why?
“Vallejo. Prices are still attractive in Vallejo and it’s a beautiful city with great proximity to Napa, Marin, and SF. I think there is great promise for this city in the future.”
