Rosa Parks Elementary (JB)

The dedicated staff at Rosa Parks Elementary School creates an invited learning environment in one of San Francisco's most beautifully preserved, oak-appointed buildings. Rosa Parks provides a rigorous academic education using innovative programs that support reading, writing and mathematic skills. Every Rosa Parks student develops and practices social skills, gains opportunities to study and build pride in his/her own culture, develops a genuine respect for the cultures of others, and is encouraged to create a vision of personal success. The Jump Prep After-school Program, aside from the additional After-School Tutorial Providers noted above, provide tutors for eligible students. In collaboration with the Richmond Area Multicultural Services (RAMS), identified students receive counseling and mental health services through student interns. Come visit Rosa Parks and see students inspired by our wonderful, beautiful school.
