What makes me different from a “traditional agent” –most agents do business as if they will never see or hear from you again. Just like a cab driver, they ask “Where ya headed?” Sometimes they’ll get you to your destination safely. And sometimes… well, let’s just say they like to get you there as fast as possible so they can get on to their next fare. San Francisco, CA – September 12, 2014 – During the decades that followed the earthquake of 1906, new neighborhoods emerged in many parts of San Francisco. Influenced by the City Beautiful movement of the period, developers focused on land located in the outlying areas in the southern and western parts of the City. Some of the largest tracts of land west of Twin Peaks attracted a new form of residential neighborhood known as the ‘residence park’, areas defined by single family homes totally free of commercial development, integrated by a setting of green landscaped corridors and front yards.
