What makes me different from a “traditional agent” –most agents do business as if they will never see or hear from you again. Just like a cab driver, they ask “Where ya headed?” Sometimes they’ll get you to your destination safely. And sometimes… well, let’s just say they like to get you there as fast as possible so they can get on to their next fare. My way of doing business is to think of our relationship as a long-term association, not just a "deal" like the many "cab drivers" out there.

KCBS Money Watch announced that home sales were down in December and that this was attributable to the slight rise in interest rates that occurred during the month. Seems logical, but is it remotely possible that home sales might have dipped in December because they almost always dip in December?
