A San Francisco native and resident, Debra began her career as a residential appraiser which has gained her a thorough knowledge of San Francisco’s diverse neighborhoods, as well as first hand knowledge of many of the loft and condominium developments throughout the City.

As a real estate professional and property owner, Debra has had the opportunity to observe and analyze the San Francisco housing market since 1988, specifically looking at neighborhood real estate value trends from the late 1980’s to present time. San Francisco neighborhoods are dynamic.
They are as dynamic as are the people that choose to live in this City. Most of all, Debra endeavors to share her passion for real estate with all her clients. "I met Debra at an open house close by our condo in the Western Addition. I am very happy I did. Although we were still - or so we thought - a couple of years away from leaving our condo and moving into a bigger place, she was extremely interested in getting to know us as people: what we thought we might want to get in the future, what we liked, what we didn't like, etc. A few months after meeting her, and recognizing that the market had changed significantly, we decided to get serious about selling our condo. Debra was very thorough in her presentation to us, coming in with pricing and sales charts and supporting documentation. She had a great plan for selling our place and even was attentive enough to think about things like short term housing in the case we weren't able to buy something quick enough. Once we started the plan, Debra was great throughout the process, from getting help from a stager to make our place look great to driving traffic to our open houses. We were able to sell our condo in about 2 weeks!!! Then came the search for a new place! Debra was patient, supportive and diligent. We were kept up to date with the listings on each week, and also got recommendations about places she thought would be ideal for us. After touring for about 2 months, we found the perfect home!! The house needed a bit of work, so she put us in contact with a contractor she had worked with before and we were able to get a quote for the renovations even before biding for the place. This part helped us significantly because the reno would affect our purchasing price point. Well, we were able to get the house, but I got cold feet right after signing. Debra was able ease my concerns and now I can say that I couldn't be any happier with this decision. Construction is well under way and we expect to move in soon!
